1. Nature of the protocol

hMAG7 is autonomous, immutable software deployed on Robinhood Chain. It is operated by code, not by a company. Using the protocol means interacting directly with smart contracts at your own initiative and risk. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, solicitation, financial advice, investment advice or a recommendation of any kind.

2. Eligibility

The underlying stock tokens held by the vault are issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited and are not available to U.S. or U.K. persons. hMAG7 inherits this restriction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the protocol is lawful in your jurisdiction. Do not use the protocol if you are prohibited from holding the underlying assets.

3. Risks

Market risk: hMAG7 tracks seven equities and falls when they fall. You can lose the entire value of your position.
Smart-contract risk: the contracts are tested but may contain defects. They are unaudited at launch.
Issuer & regulatory risk: the underlying stock tokens depend on their issuer and applicable regulation, both outside this protocol's control.
Oracle risk: price information depends on third-party Chainlink feeds.
Liquidity risk: secondary-market liquidity for hMAG7 and $M7 may be thin or absent. In-kind redemption remains available regardless.
Token risk: $M7 is a speculative asset. Its value may go to zero; this does not affect hMAG7's collateral.

4. No warranty

The protocol, website and documentation are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the contributors accept no liability for any loss arising from the use of the protocol or this website.

5. No affiliation

hMAG7 is an independent, community-built protocol. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc., Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited, Chainlink, Uniswap or any issuer of the underlying assets. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Website data

This website reads public blockchain data directly from your browser. It sets no tracking cookies and collects no personal information beyond standard, anonymized hosting analytics.
